You can conveniently pay for your order securely and online. We accept the following payment methods:

Our collections are made with the made-to-order method, i.e. made to order.
We chose this approach as sustainability is one of the cornerstones of our brand.
Some items require faster shipping, while for others we ask you to wait a few more days, so that we can package them specifically for you.
Each garment has different production times since we follow a tailoring method of the Made in Italy tradition, and each phase requires attention and checks, to ensure that everything is perfect.
Furthermore, the hand-painted customizations made by the designer Martina Bavaro require additional care and love.
We will take care to promptly inform you of the processing times and how your order proceeds once placed.
Here is a brief description of our processing times:
12 DAYS + courier times for shipping basic products
MAXIMUM 17 DAYS + courier times for shipping products that require more complex work (e.g. hand painting)
We take care of your order, which is why we have chosen the best couriers, so that your items arrive directly to your home in a short time and in maximum safety.
FREE SHIPPING
If the size does not match or due to some other problem you have decided to proceed with the return of your order, you can refer to our returns and exchanges policy which you find in Shipping and Returns . There you will find all the instructions and the link to the online form to complete your return procedure.
We will do our best to satisfy your requests as soon as possible. Once the return has been received and the condition of the product has been verified, the refund will be made via the payment method originally chosen for your order. The refund includes the price actually paid for the product (full price for products not on sale, discounted price in case of sales).
