If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, as required by the law on the right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return:
- the product must be unused
- must be in the original packaging
- must be returned in the same condition as received

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products or shipping errors.
